Lake Hartwell underbrushing
Now Serving Lake HartwellLake lots, building sites and wooded acreage around Anderson, Clemson, Seneca, Townville and Fair Play.
Open the lot. Keep the shade.
Hartwell has more than 900 miles of shoreline, and most wooded lake lots end up choked with privet, briars and sweetgum. Underbrushing clears that out and keeps the big hardwoods and pines that shade the lot and hold the bank.
We also clear and grade building sites, cut driveways down sloped lots, and fix drainage that’s washing soil toward the water.

Most of the land between private lots and the water at Lake Hartwell is federal property managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Cutting, mowing or clearing there generally requires a Corps shoreline permit before any work starts.
We keep our work on your side of the government line unless you have a permit in hand, and we’ll help you find where that line is on your lot. Georgia side of the lake? Give us a call.
